  • To keep your balloons looking perfect from our studio to your celebration, please follow these quick transport guidelines:

    ✅ Before Pickup

    • Make room in your vehicle — seats down and space cleared

    • Ideal vehicles: SUV, minivan, truck with covered bed

    • Avoid transporting with pets, sharp objects, or hot food

    🚙 During Transport

    • Air conditioning ON — balloons expand in heat and can pop

    • Drive slowly and carefully — no sudden stops

    • Keep balloons away from windows and direct sunlight

    • Do NOT place balloons:

      • In the trunk (unless temperature controlled)

      • Near vents blowing hot air

      • Under heavy bags or boxes

    📦 Placement in Vehicle

    • Lay balloon stacks flat on a clean surface

    • Avoid stacking balloons on top of each other

    • Make sure nothing rolls or shifts into them

    • If needed, ask us to secure them with balloon transport bags

    🏡 Once You Arrive

    • Bring balloons indoors as soon as possible

    • Keep away from:

      • Rough surfaces (e.g., ceilings with texture)

      • Heat sources / fireplaces / radiators

      • Direct outdoor elements (wind, cold, sun)

    Pro tip: Balloons last longest in cool, dry indoor environments
